1. The equipment standard of the wheel straightening machine
1) The equipment structure is intact, the parts are complete, and the connection is reliable.
2) The gear wear of the reducer shall not exceed 15% of the tooth thickness, the bearing running temperature shall not exceed 60 °C, and the seal shall not leak oil.
3) The universal joint is not deformed, the head wear is not over 4), the seals of each hydraulic cylinder are not worn, and the accuracy of each grade basically meets the specified requirements.
5) All oil pipes and water pipes are smooth and leak-free, and the lubrication is good. The oil quality meets the requirements.
6) The motor meets the good standards.
7) Straightening performance meets design requirements.
8) The pressure gauge, sensor and limit are complete at the beginning, flexible and easy to use.
2. Equipment maintenance regulations for wheel straightening machines
1) Equipment maintenance personnel are familiar with the technical requirements and functions of equipment performance, and often carry out maintenance on equipment.
2) The successor must go to the site of the equipment under his jurisdiction before the shift is stopped. The equipment is inspected on site according to the five standards of the equipment.
3) The fitter checks the safety coupling, reduction gear box, universal joint shaft and work roll bearing, support roller bearing adjustment system and pressing system of the straightening machine.
4) Check if the screws in each part are tight and the lubrication system is normal.
5) The operator checks whether the mechanical transmission is flexible, whether the work roll has irregular marks, and if necessary, it should be repaired in time.
6) Check if the work roll cooling water is normal and whether the system is flexible.
7) Check that the temperature of each bearing is normal, the turbulence of the shaft meets the standard, the work roller has no inclination, straight, the tooth meshing noise of the gearbox is abnormal, and the universal joint shaft is intact.
8) Check that there is no leakage in each tubing.
9) Check the pressure pipe, oil and gas lubricating pipe during the production process, the pressure is normal, the oil pipe has no leakage, and there is leakage shutdown treatment (refer to the hydraulic system under pressure).
10) Check each coupling screw of the equipment once per shift, the screws should not be loose, and if it is loose, tighten it in time.
11) Check whether the limit switch is normal for each shift, whether the connection signals are normal, and if the fault is found to be processed in time.
