Troubleshooting steps of cnc wheel machine:
Step 1. Do not exclude process CNC system alarms or diagnostic alarms that you think are irrelevant, and do not just list the alarms that you think are responsible for the trip (sometimes some trip-related alarms will be issued during the unit trip, but only one of them ( Usually not the last one to be announced) is the actual reason for the trip); let us make a determination of relevance.
Step 2. Please tell us specifically how to solve the CNC system problem, including the result of solving the problem (provide feasible information, such as the actual measured voltage value, not just the “checked voltage”).
Step 3. What kind of turbine control system (Speedtronic version (such as Mark IV, Mark V, Mark VI; Mark VIe; TMR, DUAL or SIMPLEX) is used on the device)? If the device has a Mark V Speedtronic control system, please tell Which operator interface is our equipment using (<I>, GE Mark V HMI running MS-Windows and CIMPLICITY or???).
Step 4. Tell us which CNC frame size machine this problem occurred on (for example, frame 5, frame 6B, frame 6FA, frame 9E, etc.).
Step 5. If the event is related to the emergency trip condition of the CNC system, what is the load at the time of the event, what is the fuel burned, what is the average exhaust temperature, what is the exhaust temperature distribution, whether the exhaust T/C fails or Jumper.
Step 6. Tell us in what mode the equipment is operating, for example, preselected load control, partial load, external load control or base load?
Step 7. If there is lightning (thunder and lightning) or frequency deviation before the event, please describe; if the equipment is running at a speed higher or less than 100% TNH (+/- 0.1%), please provide the equipment at the time of the event The speed at which it runs.
Step 8. If the device has a DLN burner, please tell us the version of the DLN burner and what mode the system runs in when an even number occurs.
Step 9. If the wet low NOx emissions of the device are reduced (water or steam injection to reduce NOx), please let us know and indicate the actual flow rate and the required flow rate.
Step 10. If the device has a power enhancement (water injection or steam injection) function, and it has been activated and put into use when the event occurs, please let us know and indicate the actual flow rate and the required flow rate.
Step 11. If the CNC system problem is related to fuel (especially the conversion from gaseous fuel to liquid fuel), please tell us the last time the equipment was operated with liquid, and if anyone observed a leak during transmission and observed liquid The fuel flows out of the container. Leakage and pressure at all positions of the manual selection valve downstream of the liquid fuel flow distributor.
